Executive CoachingI am a practical person, I like seeing challenges and finding ways through and around them.
When I was trained in psychotherapy, I learned about past-focused and present-focused techniques, and my Yankee-bred practicality always drew me to present-focused work. I see people as capable, resilient, and resourceful. I understand that we all need help sometimes cultivating habits that will lead us to the successes we desire. I also know that sometimes what we need is help keeping perspective and accepting disappointments. I have chosen to work as an executive coach because I believe people need a guide and cheerleader, not just a couch and a box of tissues. Coaching offers people who are “getting through” life a chance to excel passionately. I love working with technologists, leaders, and entrepreneurs who have a vision, but could use support as they execute this with others.
