Crisis and Trauma Response
An employee suicide, a car accident that kills a beloved manager, a terror event outside the doors of your business. Disasters and traumas are realities in today's workplace, yet few workplaces are equipped to respond in a specialized and prolonged way. On-Site and immediate response services are designed to equip you before an event, and to assist you and your team in the short and long-term post-event. By getting a temperature check on responses, providing actionable guidance, and assisting in supporting those who will support others, we provide businesses support in the aftermath of tragedy so they can focus on their mission while meeting the needs of their people. Coaching and training to assist in planning for, or coping with, psychologically traumatizing events, is a worthwhile investment. Our services draw from these core principles
Reduce Burnout, Increase Effectiveness, and Reduce Distress
Leaders facing high-trauma exposure need specialized support. Professionals can benefit from neutral support.
I can provide a neutral place for private support that is discreet and confidential (unless your safety or someone else is at risk, see my confidentiality statement). As a licensed psychologist (NH 1142) I can recommend mental health care, if needed. This is not mental health counseling, nor is it clinical supervision, rather it is trauma-informed professional support for those working in high-trauma or high demand fields. I offer in-person and Skype (DrLorettaBrady) coaching, and also create Google+ hangouts (Loretta L.C. Brady) for group coaching. If you are interested in trauma-informed professional support... |
